Ayata offers end to end services to students and Institutions. As the first step, we help in identifying the RIGHT course and the RIGHT direction for Students completing their 10th class from any board; CBSE, SSC, IGCSE or International curriculum. We have been instrumental in helping many students realize their dream of pursuing a New Age career successfully.
With most academically accomplished students being routed to only the traditional industries, there is a need to educate the new generation on the upcoming and very REAL need of the Industry for talent in Non Traditional areas of study.
Students and parents are fearful of making the leap into New Age Careers, deeming them unstable and financially not lucrative. Ayata helps debunk such myths and helps provide only the facts needed to make an informed decision about future Careers.
Our team of trained counsellors , use tools like Psychometric Testing to help identify the students strengths and Areas of Development. They then provide a range of options available for students for future studies based on their existing Cognitive and Behavioural Skill sets. Based on their results, we hold regular Seminars/Webinars for the students to expose them to their Fields of interest. We help them connect with Industry experts so students are aware of changing technologies, policies, areas of study and job opportunities available to them under their selected direction.
